Welcome to Be Fly & Flexible 3 Class Package.

With this purchase you will be signed up and attending 3 consecutive weeks of Be Fly & Flexible classes with dates that specifically correspond to this package.

In each 60 minute aerial class we will be enjoying a deep full body stretch while untilizing a two point aerial hammock.

We will be encorporating both static & dynamic stretches to lengthen our muscles safely & effectively. There will be an emphasis on opening up tight hips, glutes, quads & hamstrings working towards the goal of going deeper in our splits. We will be enjoying stretches to release tension & stiffness throughout the whole body & to create greater mobility.

Once our muscles are warm & we have thoroughly stretched the whole body we will explore various aerial poses that utilize full body flexibility. 

This class offers a great mix of stretching & aerial pose work. This class is designed for all levels of flexibility. It is the perfect class for anyone looking to improve their splits or backbends or those who just want to improve their overall general flexibility.

Here are some FAQ's:

This package must be paid for in advance through PunchPass.

This package is valid only for the three scheduled weeks. It is non-tranferable (both to another customer or to another date) and is not refundable. Ths is due to Covid-19 precautions as you will be asigned your own personal aerial silk and mat during the 3 week course.

Doors will open 15 minutes prior to class and lock promptly when class is set to begin. Do not be late. If you are late you will not be refunded your class fee.

What to wear:
We suggest you wear tighter fitting clothes to keep your “good parts” covered during inversions.  
Most importantly make sure your clothing has NO zippers and remove all jewelry, watches and hair clips. These items can snag and damage the hammocks. 

Medical Conditions:
It is a good idea to check check with your doctor before attending any exercise class but for Aerial some restrictions come into play.
Possible medical issues include but not limited to:
Spinal injury
Carpal Tunnel or other wrist/hand injuries
Recent Surgery
Heart Disease
Very High or Very Low Blood Pressure
Easy Onset Vertigo
Osteoporosis or Bone Weakness
Recent Concussion or Head Injury
Head Cold, Flu, or Sinusitis
Hiatal Hernia or Disc Herniation
Recent Stroke
Artificial or Re-Surfaced Hips
Botox (within 24 hours of class)

Before signing up or attending ANY Be Fly Aerial Class please review the Covid-19 information on our home page.

Due to extremely limited space you cannot cancel once purchased. The only exception being if you DO test postive for Covid-19 prior to the start of 3 week session. You will be reunded as long as you provide us a copy of a dated test result.
No shows will also  result in forfeiture of your fee .
