This virtual Barre class is designed to give you the long, lean body of a dancer while promoting balance and good posture. The focus of the class is building a strong core (abdominal, gluteal, back extensor muscles) and the strength, endurance, and flexibility of the upper and lower extremities that not just dancers but EVERYONE needs!
In this class we have added resistance bands but they are not required.
Resistance bands can improve your stamina, flexibility and your range of motio and the more your muscles have to work and the stronger the resistance, the quicker you’ll sculpt and tone them.
**Please note. If NO ONE is registered 15-30 minutes prior to start of class, class may be canceled.**
