This virtual Barre class is a sculpting and toning class inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. It is designed to give you the long, lean body of a dancer while promoting grace, balance, and good posture. The focus of the class is building a strong core (abdominal, gluteal, back extensor muscles) and the strength, endurance, and flexibility of the upper and lower extremities that not just dancers but EVERYONE needs!
